To better position the Manhattan Community Health Foundation (MCHF) for greater visibility, engagement, and long-term impact, here are a few things we tackled:
Although the Manhattan Community Health Foundation (MCHF) plays a vital role in building a healthier Manhattan, community awareness of the organization remained low. MCHF needed a clearer story, a stronger digital presence, and a platform that could help differentiate them from other local health-focused nonprofits.
The existing public perception didn’t match the Foundation’s diverse initiatives - from scholarships to transportation services to critical health partnerships. A website that could amplify MCHF’s full impact and inspire greater support was essential.

Since launching the messaging strategy and the new website, the number of site visitors has steadily increased, giving the Foundation more visibility in the region and the potential to raise more dollars to support health needs in the community.
